Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons aligned with the school's curriculum.
- Develop students' mathematical reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Monitor and evaluate students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Use differentiated and student-centred teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
- Maintain effective classroom management and create a positive learning environment.
- Integrate educational technology and practical activities to enhance Mathematics learning.
- Encourage students to apply mathematical concepts to real-life situations.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support students' academic development.
- Participate in school meetings, activities, and professional development programmes.
